I have always been fascinated with shape shifters, the witness protection program, and even identity thieves that step into another world by becoming someone else. In a blink of an eye, they are "different".
It's amazing and you can do it too.... just by changing the way you think about your health and fitness and following it up with different behaviors and actions.
Interested in becoming a trim, fit, joyful and healthy person?- at any age or with any medical condition? It's possible, for most everyone.
Just as folks with a new identity need to learn their "new" back story, consistently rehearsing behaviors of their new self, you need to learn new things, be open to new tastes and willing to do different things (e.g. exercise, or new exercises) to change your health and fitness identity.

Open your mind to the possibility of changing your destiny.
Simple, but certainly not easy... The power of possibility allows you to crack that long held belief that you are meant to age and gain weight, or stay overweight / obese, or expect to escalate medical issues as years progress.
When you open your mind to the possibility of a different life trajectory, it's far easier to embrace changes that can positively impact your life.
Your "possibilities program" needs to include:
taking responsibility for a few changes
being accountable to yourself (or, even better a health/fitness coach)
doing the activities
Then, you'll get to celebrate your success... a new identity that honors your unique beauty, zest for life and energetic aging.
