I'm over 60, but getting younger every year

OK, enough about me, here's what others say:

"I am optimistic and feel that you can get me to my goal. I thank my lucky stars every day that I have a trainer like you! You have renewed my hope when I felt I was on the downside of life. I may never be like I was. But I think I can get pretty damn close. And I feel that way because of you."   Lisa K. Bridgeport CT

" I am a busy grand mom of 2 kids under the age of four and a full time job.  I have been called plump for many years and have chronic back pain.

I truly believe that the best thing I did for myself was to work with you as my personal trainer!!  With your instruction and support,  I have seen the results in just few months that I have been waiting for the last 10 years. "  Patti R. Trumbull, CT

" As a result (of my MS diagnosis), I began working out less and less and what I was doing was not really doing much of anything for me. I feel as though today I pushed myself just right. My muscles feel tired but the GOOD kind of tired and my overall energy level is significantly HIGHER than it usually is!! YEAH!!!! In a nutshell...I feel terrific!! THANK YOU!!!!"  Jane T. Fairfield, CT
