Time. We all have 1400 minutes in each day.
Time. We all can choose where we spend some of our time, if not much of our time.
Time. As we age, time on this earth is no longer perceived as unlimited, it’s definitely and painfully, limited.
Time. What we do today for our health and fitness significantly impacts the kind of life we’ll have tomorrow.
So, how much time will you spend today insuring your tomorrows and creating the future you want?
Time. It takes approximately 10-20 minutes of brisk walking to accomplish 2,500 steps.
Time. It takes a few minutes of stretching and a couple minutes of body weight training to insure you are strong, upright and flexible.
Time. What will you do with your time today?
