About Linda
Linda T. Gottlieb, MA, CPT, CET is a veteran fitness and behavior-change coach helping people build strength, confidence and independence through realistic, sustainable movement —from the comfort of home and through virtual coaching.
For more than four decades she has helped individuals navigate aging, illness, recovery and life transitions, one exercise at a time.
Nice to meet you.
I’m a fitness coach, swimmer, author, violin student, cancer-exercise trainer and endlessly curious about behavior change and healthy aging.
I believe movement should support your life — not take it over.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll likely find me swimming, kayaking, reading a good mystery, or experimenting with creative projects.
I’m over 60 — still building strength for what’s ahead.

• developed and presented hundreds of exercise and wellness programs
• directed a 30,000-square-foot full-service health club
