How many times have you intended to do it... Later? I’ll start eating better tomorrow!

Tomorrow! I’ll do some exercise tomorrow!

The change you are seeking to improve your health and fitness is action in the now, not in the later.

- Drink more filtered water ...now.

- Get up and walk around your office...now.

- Eat a piece of fruit or vegetable ... now.
