You can choose to defy and define your age- Fit Training Blog for Women 40, 50 and Beyond
I know older people that act young and younger people that act old. Which are you?
Acting young not only includes a youthful attitude and being open to continuous learning and new experiences, it’s also a 360 degree lifestyle approach.
Esther is 82 years young. She’s a cancer survivor and has had a hip and knee replaced due to her penchant for singles tennis in her youth.
She eats nutritional foods to keep her cells young and healthy. She visits her doctors regularly, and even gets a massage every month. Self care is on the top of her list. As she says “I don’t want to just sit around waiting to die, I want to live every single day”.
Esther walks daily and wears a fitness tracker to help keep her on target. She meditates and plays golf in the summer. She laughs a lot and smiles even more.
Esther is defying her age and defining how it goes.
You can do that too. No need to believe that aging is a process of physical and mental demise. You can be stronger today and even fitter tomorrow. Need help? Give me a call.
