Then, reshape your conversation and give yourself permission to redefine what aging means for you. You are beautiful, experienced and talented, and like a rose, in full bloom!
Age proof your body. Most of the physical effects we call "aging" like loss of muscle mass, increasing fat and declining energy isn't an overnight phenomenon, and can be prevented by the right lifestyle choices. It's never too late to tweak your eating and get moving to age proof your body.
Commit to get younger next year. You can't change the date of your birth, but you can turn back the clock on physiological aging. Science proves it! Committing to make small changes in your fitness program (like starting one!) can deliver amazing results that can have you looking and feeling younger at your next birthday.
